I never truly understood how beautiful this painting was until recently. It depicts Radhe, very coy—-though very firm. She refuses to give into Shri Krishna at the moment.

It reminds me of myself in regards to the ones who are currently pursuing my heart. I don’t want them to, though I may be very gentle and kind when they let me know of their feelings. I simply want to focus on my spiritual goals and personal goals, most of all. I’m not ready for a relationship; I must first learn to Love myself wholesomely until I can correctly Love another…Love will find me in its due time, as in, when the time is right.

I’m waiting. And while I wait, I will work on myself.
