One of the most profound of realizations. Your mind will distort reality and then try to convince you that it is real. Usually this is with a combination of needs, desires and fears. When your eyes see different from what your mind has created a disconnect occurs, this causes confusion, mind reeling and suffering. Work against your own mind in forcing it to stick more closely to reality.
With that said, let your imagination fly. That’s when creativity takes place. That’s when life unfolds into art.
